Hi my name is Caroline Harper and I am proud to call myself a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty in Jupiter, FL.  We are one of the fastest growing agencies in the Country with top notch technology, training and business strategies to ensure that all our clients receive the best in customer care and client relations as it pertains to the real estate market.   My family and I live in Juno Beach where the housing market is hot, hot, hot right now.  Most people work hard all year to save up for a 1-2 week vacation here in sunny South Florida and we have the pleasure of living and working here all year long.  I am grateful for that every day. It is a dream come true living here in what I like to call, Paradise.  My goal is to help make that same dream come true for perspective clients looking to buy, rent or sell in the Palm Beaches area.  I specialize in residential sales and focus in Palm Beach and Martin County.   Let me know how I can help.  I offer a no pressure approach to establishing and maintaining a trusting relationship that is needed in such an important decision such as buying or selling your home.  I also deliver results and I am fun and energetic to work with.  I would love to work with you!

Testimonials

"Caroline was a pleasure to work with during every step of the process. She was very patient and showed me many properties before we found the perfect one! She and Tracy are a great team and made the home buying process a lot easier than I thought it would be going in. I had a great experience with Caroline and the whole team over at Keller Williams and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home in the area."

In our goal to downsize and simplify our lives, we decided that a townhouse would be our best choice. The very first unit that we wanted to see was, fortunately, represented by Caroline Harper…and, in calling her, we immediately knew that we had not only a true professional in the real estate field, but we also had a new friend! From day one, Caroline retuned calls within minutes and she took the time to meet with us and learn about our tastes and desires in a new place, our move-in date goals, etc. As with any hunt for a new place to live though, you sometimes are met with bad news at many turns. "Sorry, this unit has been sold"…"sorry, this HOA doesn't allow pets" and so on. With each of these challenges, Caroline kept a smile on her face while assuring us there was something even better out there for us. It seems that when we were the most down that Caroline became even more positive and worked even harder to find us the right place! When we finally did find a townhouse we loved, Caroline encouraged us to not wait…"this unit will move fast, trust me"…was Caroline's suggestion, and so we did. After some negotiating and Caroline "going to bat" for us, we closed the deal and moved in 6 weeks later! But that didn't end our relationship with Caroline, as she would check on us every so often and even went above and beyond to help us acclimate to our new home, our new HOA and even the new area and it's amenities, stores, etc. We sincerely look forward to working with Caroline in the future when our housing goals might change or in recommending her to family and close friends. Caroline Harper...a savvy agent, a true professional…and a friend who cares!

I worked with Caroline Harper for 6 months looking at homes. She showed me homes in North Palm Beach, Jupiter, Hobe Sound & Stuart. She took time to go over all the different communities that were available. When my home finally sold, I knew the areas I wanted to live in.  We quickly found the perfect home. She went above & beyond to gather all the information quickly that was needed prior to the closing. She steered me in the right direction through out the process.
I would highly recommend Caroline for all your real estate needs. She is a true Professional.
